DESCRIPTION
This paper covers various aspects of the creation of a scientific article, from the creative process to the submission of the manuscript, including the styles and writing of the different parts of the document. It analyses the different types of papers, the most common structures and the characteristics of the different parts of a document (title, abstract, introduction, methodology, results, conclusions and bibliography). A four-phase structured work order is proposed to optimise the writing of scientific papers. APA is used as the reference standard in this course. The optional practical assigment involves four individual student projects, each of which will be graded by the course instructors and which focus on the creation of the sections.
