EC3metrics S.L. is affiliated with Spain’s National Consumer Arbitration Board.
The Consumer Arbitration System is defined as an out-of-court dispute resolution mechanism between consumers/users and companies/professionals. It allows for the resolution of claims in a binding and enforceable manner, without requiring formal legal procedures, provided that the dispute does not involve intoxication, injury, death, or reasonable indications of criminal activity.
Through this system, the parties voluntarily submit their dispute to an arbitral body, which acts with impartiality, independence, and confidentiality, and whose decision has the same legal effect as a court judgment.
